Administrative burden is a leading cause of burnout among healthcare providers¹,². More and more people are receiving mental health diagnoses, and there are not enough providers to meet their needs. In fact, many areas in Virginia are categorized as Mental Health Professional Shortage Areas³.
We understand that healthcare providers want - and should be able - to focus their efforts on clinical quality. Our goal is to help alleviate this challenge, act as your advocate, and equip providers with the skills and means they need to succeed.
I work with fewer than 10 clients at a time in order to provide you with the one-on-one attention required to do this job well. My services are only provided in areas in which I have significant expertise. My clients - and their clients - are my priority.
Sequoia Healthcare Solutions is named after my dad, who enjoyed driving his Sequoia for many years. Like the tree, he was tall, strong, and resilient. Sequoia roots grow deep and represent a strong bond connecting communities. I am passionate about doing my part to harness the strengths within my community to cultivate health and happiness, and I hope to be able to work together to achieve this goal.
